- For critical pressure-containing parts, we maintain tolerances of ±0.025mm on sealing surfaces with surface finishes of Ra 0.8μm.
- Our processing capabilities include duplex stainless steels (UNS S31803/S32205), super duplex (UNS S32750/S32760), Inconel 625/718, and specialized corrosion-resistant alloys.
- Thread machining capabilities include API connections from 1-3/8" to 9-5/8" with proprietary premium connections to API tolerance classes.
- All processes comply with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 for sour service applications, with pressure testing capabilities up to 30,000 psi (206 MPa) and API Q1 9th edition certification ensuring rigorous quality control.
